Submission Guidelines

1. Oral Presentation

  •  Authors are required to submit an extended abstract for their oral presentation through Email address icspa@juw.edu.pk. Mention the thematic area in the subject. Indicate if the submission is for an Oral or Poster presentation
  • The similarity index of the abstract must be below 20%. Abstracts with a similarity index exceeding 20% may subject to revision, while those exceeding 50% will subject to rejection.
  • All submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by both national and international experts. The evaluation will focus on scientific merit, novelty, and practical applications.
  • Authors will receive an official acceptance letter from the conference organizer upon the successful review of their abstract.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published online as part of the conference proceedings.
  • Oral presenters are required to prepare their presentations using PowerPoint. The final presentation must be submitted to the respective session organizer at least two weeks before the conference.
  • Each oral presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, comprising 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the question-and-answer session.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be submitted also via the Google Form
  1. The subject line must clearly state: “Oral Presentation Submission.”
  1. The similarity index must be below 19%.
  1. Abstracts must be written in English.
  1. Word limit for Abstract: 300–350 words.
  1. Font: Times New Roman, size 12, single line spacing.
  1. The abstract must be structured as follows:
    • Background
    • Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Conclusion
    • Keywords (4–6)
  1. Include full author details with affiliations and clearly indicate the presenting author.
  1. A plagiarism report must be submitted along with the abstract. The similarity index must be below 19%.
  1. All abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by national and international experts, based on scientific merit.
  1. Authors will receive an official acceptance letter upon successful review.
  1. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentations must be prepared using PowerPoint.
  • Final presentations must be submitted to the respective session organizer at least two weeks prior to the conference.
  • Each presentation will be 15 minutes:
    • 10 minutes presentation
    • 5 minutes Q&A session

2. Poster presentaion

  •   Submit your abstract via email at icspa@juw.edu.pk
  • Maximum 5 students can present each poster. Include the thematic area in the subject line of the email.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • The word count should range from 300 to 350 words.
  • Use Times New Roman font, with a 12-point size.
  • Apply single line spacing throughout the document.
  • The abstract should follow a structured format and must include the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion and Keywords: Include 4 to 6 relevant keywords.
  • Indicate if the submission is for an Oral or Poster presentation.
  • Provide the names of all authors with their affiliation and indicate the presenting author.

  1. Abstracts must be written in English.
  1. Word limit for Abstract: 300–350 words.

    • Discussion, Conclusion

Poster Preparation Guidelines

  • Posters must follow the official ICSPA template available on the website.
  • Format must include: Title, Authors, Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion (and addition).
  • Poster must be printed in portrait orientation.
  • Poster number will be assigned in the acceptance email and must be displayed.

3. Product Display

  • Submit a clear description of the product, including its name, key features, and intended use.
  • Provide high-quality images of the product (minimum of 2–3), preferably on a plain background.
  • Include details such as dimensions, materials used, and any safety or compliance certifications if applicable.
  • Ensure the product display setup fits within the allocated space and adheres to any venue restrictions.

    • Product name
    • Key features
    • Intended use
  1. Provide 2–3 high-quality images (preferably on a plain background).
  1. Ensure the product display setup fits within the allocated space and complies with venue regulations.

4. 3D Model display

  • Submit a detailed description of the 3-D model, including its purpose, key features, and any relevant technical specifications.
  • Provide clear images or renderings of the model from multiple angles, along with optional video or animation if available.
  • Include information on the model’s dimensions, materials used, and any special setup or handling instructions.
  • Ensure the model is stable, safe for public display, and suitable for transport and installation at the venue.

  1. Submit a comprehensive description of the 3D model, including:
    • Purpose
    • Key features
    • Technical specifications
  1. The model must be stable, safe, and suitable for transport and installation.
